The balcony is glazed in which allows the balcony to be used as a separate room. Shops banks, bars and restaurants and beach are within walking distance. 15 minutes from Malaga airport, close to all amenities and beach. Taxi rank outside building. The Aguila building is set forward from other surrounding buildings so the apartment is not overlooked and very private.
Bedrooms: Lounge / bedroom with twin single beds / sofa bed. There is a bed chair, which converts into a third bed.
Bathrooms: Totally refurbished and fully tiled, walk- in 800mm quadrant shower, vanity unit, toilet, medicine cabinet and spin dryer.
Kitchen: 2 ring electric hotplate, electric kettle, microwave, oven/grill, electric toaster, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: 21' TV (6 Sky channels and other foreign channels), 4 head video recorder, many video films, music centre, air cooler, ceiling fan, bed settee, rocking chair, bed chair, telephone receives incoming calls.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen is provided for the duration of your stay, however you will have to provide your own beach/pool towels. The property will be cleaned at the beginning of your stay and when you leave in readiness for the next guests.
Paloma Park is a 5-10 min walk from the apartment it has many animals of various species a small play area and fantastic Cacti garden. My grandchildren love this park and visit at least twice /day Tivoli world about 15 walk is like a small Disney park with lots of rides, Selwo Dolphin Park is approx 15 min walk with shows daily. Across the road from the complex is a public park with swings and slides, just down the road is a municipal indoor swimming pool and Ice skating rink. Within the gardens is a child’s paddling pool. Altogether children will be very happy with the nearby facilities and attractions.
The complex has been adapted for wheelchair access. However one ramp is quite steep, my wife uses a mobility scooter and surrounding area is very good for wheelchair access. It is possible to access the apartment with a wheelchair provided you can manage the steep slope
Outside
The gardens are shared by the four buildings of the Gamanol. Aguila, Iris, Hercules and Agata. These gardens are probably the largest private gardens on the Costa Del Sol. For when they were built, land was not at a premium unlike some of the new developments today. Access to these gardens are via a security gate in order to keep these gardens private. There a four swimming pools and two children paddling pools. Sunbeds and Parasols are available for hire at the pool. There a number of large trees in the gardens giving natural sunshade. These gardens and pool are well maintained. Food and drink can be purchased at the snack bar in the garden.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is approximately a 15 minute walk from the apartment, although the whole of the beaches from Torremolinos to Gibraltar are excellent.
